DESCRIPTION

Design of a block of 4 dwellings in the Guinardó district of Barcelona. Four dwellings are planned, three of them in the form of duplexes, with a modern and vibrant façade in a quiet street in a residential neighbourhood in the upper part of Barcelona.

The orderly and rigid rhythm of the modular prefabricated elements that make up the façade contrasts with a second, more disorderly, everyday and casual rhythm of the openings, combined with blind parts of vertical slats.
