DESCRIPTION

Renovation of an old industrial building in the Sant Antoni district of Barcelona to convert it into a coworking office space. To this end, the wooden beams of the ceiling were restored, new skylights were installed in the roof and a central courtyard full of lush vegetation was created to order the workspace.

Special attention was paid to maintaining the industrial aesthetics of the premises, with exposed metal profiles. The mezzanine at the back of the premises was maintained along with the existing staircase and natural wood furniture elements were used to add warmth to the environment, contrasting with the roughness of the metal profiles.
